A little bit about me
I have been fortunate enough to have been working in the Health and Fitness Industry from a young age, alongside completing my Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and graduating from Edinburgh Napier University. As a result, I already have a wealth of experience working with people of different ages and with different goals, varying from competing in triathlons to strongman competitions. I make it my priority to assure every person I work with reaches their goal, be it fat loss, muscle gain or training for a specific sport. I always ensure my sessions are different because I would hate the same workout every day, so why would I inflict that upon someone else?
Competitive football has always been a big part of my life; I currently play for Livingston GS, where I have been since the age of 12, and I have competed at regional and national levels.
Similar to football, I have always enjoyed watching professional wrestling; early in 2015 I started training and became a professional wrestler for Reckless Intent. This has taken a more prominent role in my life now, as I thrive off the thrill of performing in front of a live crowd, as well as having a reason to maintain high training levels.
I am a relaxed and easy-going person, adapting my training style to the individual I am working with so as to ensure the best results possible. I feel that enjoying your fitness journey is one of the key elements to achieving your goals, so I do my utmost to make the sessions as enjoyable as they can be!
