I like to think my style of coaching is slightly different to other coaches.

After a few years of helping clients achieve life changing transformations, I started to observe patterns in their journey, predictable peaks and troughs depending on what stage of their journey they were at. I'd always wanted to be more than the bog standard calories and workouts personal trainer. This led me to re-evaluate how I coached and develop what I feel is a very unique style of coaching.

My coaching is very data driven which allows me to make accurate decisions for your progress off of the data provided rather than changing things for the sake of changing things, this allows me to accurately see what’s going right and what’s going wrong, a huge benefit to this style of coaching as it cuts down on the amount of wrong turns we inevitably take during a coaching journey.

In terms of the coaching itself, I’m a big believer in prioritising and focusing on how you feel, in particular your energy levels. Regardless of what your goals are, our success is dictated by your energy levels.

When a new client joins the team the first thing we do is uncover any red flags we have that could potentially hold us back from progressing.

We then spend the first phase of our coaching addressing these red flags, whilst developing healthy habits that will make life easier for us when it comes to achieving your goals.

Once we’re in a good energy place we can then look towards weight loss/weight gain goals.

From this point it’s much easier to move through phases of your journey through calorie management and different training protocols to suit your goals at the time.

In terms of training, I really wish I could put it in a box!

We most likely move between different variants of training depending on your goals, whether that be metabolic conditioning or heavy barbell work, chances are we’ll touch on it all at some point throughout your journey!

Any questions on the way I coach, please reach out through Victory or Myself directly and I’ll be happy to answer them.
